试论农民经纪人贡献空间与发展对策

农民经纪人是指那些为农副产品、农业生产资料、农村生活资料等买卖双方充当中介而获取佣金的一类农民群体。通过对农民经纪人发展现状与存在问题的分析,探讨了农民经纪人在疏通农产品流通渠道、促进产业结构调整、搞活农村经济、帮助农民增收致富等方面的重要作用,并提出了相应的发展对策:加强政府政策服务力度、加大对农民经纪人的培训力度、促进农民经纪人组织化程度以及建立农民经纪人激励机制。

Analyzing on the Constitution Space and Developing Strategy of Chinese Farmer Broker

The farmer broker means the group of farmers which act as mediation for the buyers and sellers on agricultural products,means of production and the villageers daily necessites etc.Through analyzing the current situation and the problems of development of farmer broker in China,the paper discussed the important role of farmer broker in dredging circulate of agricultural products,promoting the industrial structure adjustment,enlivening the rural economy,increasing farmers' income etc.Then it put forward the corresponding countermeasures:strengthen the government policy service,carry out the training and promote the farmer broker systemize,and set up the encouraging mechanism for farmer broker.
