| 摘 要： | 以上海市东方医院开展医务社会工作职前教育与在职教育的经验为例,分析医务社会工作职前教育与在职教育中存在的课程设置、实务训练与能力培养等方面存在的缺项,对这些缺项对于医务社会工作者执业的重要性进行探讨,并提出相关意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on some relevant experiences in Shanghai East Hospital,the authors analyze the missing items existing in pre-vocational and in-service education of medical social work,including curriculum design,hands-on training and ability development.Meanwhile,the paper discusses the significance of these items for the practice of medical social workers,and at last advances related suggestions. |
