| 摘 要： | 中国正在进行的社会转型严重冲击了传统孝道,但父母仍然主要依赖子女和家庭来养老。在这种情形之下,为了使父母能够幸福地安度晚年,就有必要以老人为主体,坚持自由与平等原则,立足社会现状与需求,构建新型孝道体系。

| Abstract: | At present,Chinese social transformation seriously impacts on the traditional filial piety theory,but parents still rely on their children and families to live,when they are aged.Under such circumstances,it is necessary to construct the new filial piety theory to enable parents happy at their old age,with treating the old as subject and insisting on the principle of freedom and equality. |
