| 摘 要： | 21世纪教育步入了信息化时代,为了适应教育信息化的新形势,教师必须提升自己的素质,进行自我发展,以便更好地完成教育教学工作。为此,论文从教育信息化的特征,教育信息化对教师新的要求,教师的角色以及自我发展途径等方面进行分析,对教育信息化背景下教师自我发展问题进行了探讨。
