| 摘 要： | 由于受历史文化因素的影响,自身限制、伙伴限制、结构限制等休闲限制因素制约和影响着中国女性休闲体育的发展。通过对休闲限制含义、结构、因素及对女性休闲体育影响的分析,结合中国女性休闲体育的实际,本文提出加强女性自我观念更新、性别角色转变,加大宣传力度和管理力度,多渠道筹集经费,增加体育资金投入和场馆设备建设等具体策略,改变女性休闲体育的限制因素。

| Abstract: | Influenced by traditional social and historical factors such as their own physical conditions,restricted partners and narrowed scopes,the Chinese women have been more or less limited in enjoying leisure sports.This essay,on the basis of analyses of the above-mentioned adverse factors against the present actuality of the Chinese women doing leisure sports,points out that the females should update their selfhood and adjust their sexual role;our government and society should further strengthen relevant publicity and management and input more funds to popularity and facility construction of such sports. |
