| 摘 要： | 当前经济金融国际化已成为一种潮流。离岸金融市场是一个完全国际化的金融市场,恢复和发展我国离岸金融市场业务有利于我国经济金融国际化。为了保证我国离岸金融市场的健康发展,在当前还必须严格实行"内外分离"的原则;必须加强监管,放松管制;必须加快基础设施建设和国际化金融人才培养。

The countermeasures for development of the off-shore financial market in China |

| Abstract: | Today the internationalization of economy and finance is becoming a general tendency, the off shore financial market is an entirely internationalized market.Development of the off shore financial market will be advantageous to the internationalization of economy and finance. To develop the off shore financial market perfectly, the principle of "divide the domestic from the foreign" must be carried out strictly. At the same time, strengthening the supervision and administration, releasing the control, quickening the step of infrastructure construction and training talents with international finance ability are necessary. |
