开展文化素质教育 做好“三困”学生工作

全面开展文化素质教育是时代和我国现实赋予高校的重大历史使命，不仅涉及高校人才培养质量的问题，同时也关系到我们国家、民族今后的发展和命运。“三困”学生将来同样是国家建设的一支重要力量．也是开展文化素质教育的一个重要对象，而“三困”学生问题长期以来是困扰学生、家长及高校人才培养的瓶颈问题，因此，做好“三困”学生工作是开展文化素质教育的重点、难点和必然要求，只有通过全体教育者的共同努力，切实落实各种助困措施，帮助他们解决生活上、学习上和心理上的困难，才能培养出一批又一批专业知识扎实、创新能力强、心理素质好、综合素质高的人才。

Conducting all-round cultural-quality-oriented education is the mission of colleges and universities in the modern times and it is related to the quality of the talents produced and also the fate of our country.Students with problems in life,study and mind will also become part of the important force in the construction of our country and they should,too,be educated to improve their cultural quality.However,those students have long been the bottleneck in talent production.So to improve work in helping them is a must and it is,in fact,the most important and also the most difficulty part of quality education.Only through all educators' effort to help them overcome their difficulties with effective aid-rendering measures can talents with sound specified knowledge,ability to innovate,and good psychological and comprehensive quality be produced.
