| 摘 要： | 实施西部大开发战略，是中国政府在世纪之交作出的一项战略举措，举世瞩目。产业结构调整被确定为实施西部大开发战略的重点之一。本文重点介绍了西部地区农业结构发展现状及存在的问题；对农业产业化和生态农业的发展着重进行了论述，试图以此找到新世纪农业发展的方向。
