| 摘 要： | 文章从一案例反映的问题出发,指出了司法实践中劳动争议诉讼与仲裁衔接的种种困难,分析了劳动争议诉讼与仲裁衔接难的原因。在此基础上提出,"裁审分离、各自终局"是解决劳动争议仲裁与诉讼衔接问题的有效方法。
