| 摘 要： | 萨丕尔—沃尔夫假说是20世纪以来语言学界关于语言与思维关系的理论假说。自假说其问世以来,学术界对其思想内涵与核心主旨争议不断。文章追溯假说发展轨迹,探讨萨丕尔—沃尔夫假说的核心内涵及其现实意义,指出萨丕尔—沃尔夫假说的实质内涵是语言相对论,它揭示了语言对思维具有影响与限制的作用,对人类深化语言与思维关系研究的具有重要的推动意义。
