| 摘 要： | 自2000年4月1日国务院发布实施<个人存款帐户实名制规定>以来,储蓄存款没有出现大的波动,但存款实名制实施过程中存在的一些不容忽视的法律问题有待探讨如何为储户保密?如何区分家庭财产?如何防止私款公存?如何有效建立个人商业信用?如何防止身份证等证件的伪造?
