摘    要:文化产业在全面的国际竞争中具有十分重要的意义。改革开放以来,我国的文化产业虽然有了长足的发展,并且潜在优势很多,但与发达国家相比则竞争力不强,处于弱势地位。在新的一轮国际产业竞争中,我们必须抓住机遇加大文化产业的投入;创新文化产品,提高文化产品的科技含量;合理利用全球性文化资源;积极开拓对外文化市场;培育我国的文化产品品牌;充分发挥文化行业协会的作用,着力提高文化产业的国防竞争力。

Abstract:Cultural industry is very important in the all-around international competition.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,the cultural industry of our country has got great progress and achieved many latent advantages,but it still remains weaker compared with that of the developed countries.We must grasp the opportunities to enlarge the investment to the cultural industry in the new round of the international competition,inaugurate cultural products,increase the scientific and technological contents in them,make well use of the global resources of culture reasonably and exploit the foreign cultural market actively,cultivating our own brands of cultural products and fully exerting the use of cultural associations to strengthen the power of international competition.
