| 摘 要： | 宪法解释是我国宪法运行机制中的一个薄弱环节,至今尚未形成一套完整的应用原则和制度体系。为此,充分认识宪法解释的概念,确立和完善宪法解释制度,是我国法制建设中亟需解决的一个重要现实问题。本文针对学术界关于宪法解释的概念中存在的不同理解,对宪法解释的概念作一探讨。
