| 摘 要： | "政治发展"这一政治学术语是20世纪50年代由西方发达国家的学者首先提出并阐述的,其含义是政治关系和政治结构的调整与变革。邓小平政治发展思想是由政治发展的目标、动力、途径和保障组成的严密科学体系,是中国特色政治发展观的集大成之作,是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。它的形成有着深刻的历史、时代和个人条件。

| Abstract: | Political development,a contemporary political term,is first raised and expounded by scholars in western developed countries in 1950s 20th century.Its basic meaning is adjustment and change of political relations and structures. Deng Xiaoping's political development thoughts which consist of aims,motive forces,guarantees, channel of political development are well-knit scientific system featuring Chinese political development thoughts and important parts of Deng Xiaoping's theory.Its form has profound conditions of history,times and individuality. |
