大学英语教学中的情感因素

摘    要:语言教学中的情感因素越来越引起人们的关注.本文在分析教学中教师情感、教材情感和学生情感因素的基础上,依据人本主义心理学、接受美学和情感过滤假说,就各种情感因素在课内、课外形成的动态网络及两网络之间的关系进行了比较深入的阐述.大学英语教学要课内外并进兼收,课内实行情感教学,课外加强师生关系,充分利用情感因素的影响,开展以情促知、知情并重的大学英语教学,以改善和提高大学英语教学质量.

Affective Factors in College English Teaching for Non-English Majors

Abstract:Affective factors in language teaching have increasingly aroused interests among scholars.On the basis of analysis of teachers' affect,the affect embodied in teaching materials and students' affect,the authors attempt to probe into two dynamic nets evolved from affects in class and out of class as well as the relations between the two nets based on Humanistic Psychology,Reception Aesthetics and the Affective Filter Hypothesis.The authors suggest attaching equal importance to in-class teaching and out-classes,in which affective teaching is advocated in class and the intensified teacher-student relationship is recommended out of class.By making full use of the influence of affective factors,the teacher is expected to conduct English teaching in which emotions promote cognition and emotions and cognition are equally valued,which will improve the quality of English teaching for non-English majors.
