| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,大量的资本藏富于民,民间投资支撑着经济增长的大半个江山,成为社会稳定和繁荣的重要力量。国富资本在民富,民富之道在民营,民营之路在发展。民营经济的发展是否顺利,关键在于政府能否正确地做事和做正确的事。国家应从法律和政策上为勤劳的人们创造财富、积累财富,创造一套行之有效的机制和制度,以促进民间投资,民营经济更快地发展。
