| 摘 要： | 国际刑法的法律性和发展趋势是国际刑法研究领域的基本问题之一。国际刑法的法律性,应以国际刑法的概念为基点,从国际刑法的强制性、规范性、有效性等方面加以分析,国际刑法的发展趋势呈现出两个主要特点。
