国外生态城市建设的模式、经验及启示

国外生态城市建设的模式主要有紧缩城市开发模式、"绿色交通"开发模式、社区驱动开发模式、生态网络化和原生化兼具开发模式和绿色城市技术开发模式等五种.国外生态城市建设取得成功的重要经验主要包括具有可操作性目标、公众参与、完善的法律及管理体系和突出的重点领域等.我国要借鉴国外生态城市建设的成功经验,结合我国实际情况,从积极发展"绿色交通"、拓宽公众参与渠道、制定可持续发展的城市规划等方面建设生态城市.
