| 摘 要： | 本文从国内外大型交通基础设施的融资渠道、投资主体、收益分配、风险分担、偿债方式、政府的支持政策及监督法规等方面对国内外一些有代表性的大型交通基础设施的投融资机制进行了分析 ,并对我国大型交通基础设施的投融资机制提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the comparative analysis about the investment and financing mechanism of those typical large-scale transportation infrastructures at home and abroad covers the investment and financing channels for those large-scale transportation infrastructures,the principal part of investment,the profit distribution,the share of risks,the payoff mode,the governmental supportive policy,and the supervisory laws and regulations.Suggestions for the investment and financing mechanism of those large-scale transportation infrastructures in China can be found in the end of this paper. |
