摘    要:新产品开发是企业赢取竞争优势的保障。新产品开发前端的执行效果与效率将决定项目开发程度。我国企业要提升企业自主创新能力,就需从企业创新的源头抓起,做好新产品开发模糊前端的创意管理。从全面创新管理(T IM)全要素参与的角度,构建了新产品开发模糊前端全面考虑的创意管理模型,进而提高企业创新绩效。

Abstract:New Product Development(NPD) is the base for enterprise's keeping its competition strength.The results of NPD are definitely determined by the effectiveness and efficiency of the ideas of fuzzy front end.As far as the enterprise in Chinaconsidered,they must improve their indigenous innovation ability at the very beginning in order to face the global and domestic competition.The idea management model for NPD fuzzy front end was built from the all key elements point of TIM,to improve the innovation performance in Chinese enterprises.
