| 摘 要： | 高职教育近年来发展迅速,已成为高等教育的一支重要的生力军。高职生的就业状况,关系到高职教育的生存和发展。通过对高职生的就业状况、存在的问题和原因进行分析,建立和完善以就业为导向的高职教育模式对高职教育可持续发展尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Through the high-speed development in recent years, vocational education is becoming a new force in high-level education. The employment status of vocational college students has a bearing on the existence and development of vocational education. Through analysis of the status, problems and causes of employment of vocational college students, we must establish and perfect the vocational education mode under the guidance of employment in order to keep the sustainable development of vocational education. |
