| 摘 要： | 北京曾是民国政府的首都,又是中国现代医药卫生事业的主要发源地,在中国医药卫生事业发展史上占据举足轻重的地位.本文采取文献回顾方式,全面描述民国时期北京医药卫生事业的历史发展状况,从中西文化交流、现代化和现代医药卫生制度发展角度探讨诸多基础议题,总结医药卫生发展的历史经验,以期为当前医药卫生改革提供历史借鉴.

| Abstract: | Beijing was both the capital of the Northern Warlords Government and the original place of modern health enterprise.It played an important role in the history of Chinese health development.This article comprehensively describes the historical development of medicine,the system structure and function of health organization,the administration and policy mode of medicine.Meanwhile,the present author explores many fundamental issues and summaries the historical experience and lessons of medicine development in terms of cultural communication between the East and the West,modernization and development of modern health system so as to provide historical reference for the health reform in China today. |
