| 摘 要： | 大连建设中国北方科学发展示范城市是大连城市建设的全新定位。从理论上界定“科学发展示范城市”的概念，阐释大连建设科学发展示范城市的内涵。大连建设中国北方科学发展示范城市符合“人本主义”的发展理念，体现了人类城市建设文明的进步，在现实中对于促进大连城市发展和改善居民生存状态具有重要意义。
