| 摘 要： | 人民公社体现了毛泽东对马克思"人的本质是自由自觉劳动"的人的本质观的理解;人民公社是毛泽东探索确立人的主体性地位、发挥人的主体作用、实现人的主人翁意识一种社会实践形式;随着实践的发展,毛泽东探索实现人的主体性思想的人民公社的实践形式存在局限性,同时也带给我们许多启示。
