| 摘 要： | 地方高校是我国重要的科技创新力量,是区域创新体系的核心组成部分.将高校内部从事科技创新的组织分为两类,即科技创新正式组织与非正式组织,通过静态博弈分析深入探讨了在完全信息和非完全信息情况下两者的合作竞争战略.

| Abstract: | Local colleges have become the important workforce of the science and technology innovation in China and the core part of RIS.This paper divides the S&T innovation organization in local colleges into two categories,namely,the formal S&T innovation organization and the informal.Through the analysis of static game,it analyzes and investigates the strategy of cooperation and competition between this two organizations in situations with complete information and with incomplete information alike. |
