| Abstract: | By "progressing with the time" the third generation collective leading body of the Central Committee of the CCP briefly sums up the essence of Marxist theory. President Jiang Zeming's "July 1 Speech" fully embodies the significance of "progressing with the time", which helps us both to stick to the guidance of Marxism in theory, and to avoid mistakes in practice. |
