| 摘 要： | 新中国民主政治发展60年,波澜壮阔,特点鲜明,启示深刻而丰富.文章科学划分并阐述了新中国民主政治发展历程的两个30年、六个发展阶段,挖掘出九个发展特点,总结出七条经验启示,给新中国60华诞献礼.
