| 摘 要： | 在回顾国际劳工组织有关工伤保障的公约,以及中国工伤保障法律制度发展的基础上,从工伤保障基本原则、工伤保障覆盖范围、工伤认定和工伤补偿四方面分析了中国工伤保障制度与国际劳工组织工伤保障标准之间的差异,认为应当加强工伤预防与工伤康复,从社会保障法角度扩大对劳动关系的解释,进一步细化工伤认定标准,适当提高待遇支付标准,并完善待遇支付方式。
