| 摘 要： | 《尚书》为治理中国社会发展过程中所面对的风险提供了符合中国文化特质的基本理论和方法。其中不仅包涵着不同类型的风险观,并且在质朴的以人为本的基石上构建了以"德""法""礼""乐"治理风险的风险治理观。在全球性风险风靡于世的时代背景下,它为我们科学应对当前的社会风险提供了诸多重要的启示。

| Abstract: | Shangshu provides the basic theories and methods which conform to Chinese cultural characters for governing risks that appear in the development of Chinese society.Not only it contains different risk point,but also constructs the risk government views which are governing risk through De,Fa,Li,Yue on the basis of simple and unadorned human-orientation.In the background of the frequent global risks,these provide several important inspirations for our scientifically dealing with the present social risks. |
