我国教育公平制度变迁:基于供需、利益、价值的视角

摘    要:以新制度经济学假设的制度个人主义、成本—收益和均衡—非均衡分析为基本研究方法,着重考察了基于供需、利益、价值因素的教育公平制度变迁过程,指出,要实现我国教育公平,必须保证教育公平制度供需均衡,教育利益的个人取向和公共取向协调,教育价值的个人选择、利益集团选择和社会选择统一。当前,要将教育利益置于教育公平的中心,确保教育利益均衡,彰显公民教育基本权利,维护社会稳定。
