| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析和定量分析,认为在小城镇的建设进程中,应以产业发展为支撑,尤其应注重产业的聚集问题研究。应用复杂适应系统理论基于StarLogo平台对西部小城镇的产业集聚进行建模与仿真,通过对产业集聚障碍成因的剖析明晰西部小城镇建设的进程和路径,并提出相应的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | In the process of building small towns,industrial development should be supported,and the focus should be on the problem of aggregation of industries.Complex Adaptive System is applied in this paper.The problem of industrial cluster of small towns in the west is modeled and simulated based on the StarLogo platform.At last,the paper analyzes the causes and then puts forward a number of possible policy recommendations. |
