| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,中国作为一个大国,其力量在现有国际体系中的上升无疑引起了国际社会的各种疑虑,为此,中国适时地提出了"和平崛起"的对外战略.然而,这种外交战略到底是否能以及在多大程度上可以与作为主要调整和支配国家之间关系的国际法律制度进行呼应与对接是其得以合法性存在的首要问题.
