| 摘 要： | 技术创新实践在不同历史阶段，呈现出不同的共性特征。从创新主体来看，经历了从工匠一个体化工程师－复数化的工程师群的演变历程。从创新的科学基础来看，经历了从经验型技术创新－“经验＋科学”型技术创新－科学型技术创新的演变历程。从政府对创新的介入性来看，呈现出弱－较强－强的特征。从技术创新价值论的角度来看，呈现出原始朴素的价值和谐－工具理性的膨胀与价值理性的迷失－工具理性与价值理性在更高层次上的重新统一的特征。
