| 摘 要： | 制度治理是高校治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,当前高校制度治理,不同程度存在权力之治、碎片之治和形式之治问题,影响了治理效能,通过构建制度体系、塑造政治生态、强化制度执行和监督执纪提升高校制度治理能力和水平,对加快教育现代化、办好人民满意教育具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Institutional governance is an important part of the modernization of the governance capabilities of colleges and universities. The current institutional governance of colleges and universities, has different degrees of governance of power, fragmentation, and form of governance, which affect the effectiveness of college governance. Through the construction of an institutional system , Shaping the political ecology, strengthening the implementation of the system, and enhancing the governance capacity and level of colleges and universities are of great practical significance for accelerating the modernization of education and running a satisfactory education for the people. |
