The Causes for Political Acts of Organizations and Countermeasures

The development of organization is closely related to the social development. However, with the continuous development of society, political acts have been planted into the organization gradually. The paper analyzes the reasons for political acts of organizations from two aspects of individual and organiza- tion. It puts forward specific measures： to construct perfect performance evaluation system; to establish the fair, equal and open rewarding and promotion system;to create the unblocked information exchanging channel; to standardize the leadership and management style; to encourage the employees to participate in management and decision-making; and to cultivate the team spirit.
