略论制度的伦理向度—以反腐倡廉制度体系为视角

制度的建立不仅关注具体内容，更应关注制度本性所决定的终极价值。制度塑造和规定人的本质，同时，人的生存和发展反作用于制度生成。“人的发展以人的本质为基础，以制度为实现条件”．“马克思社会主义革命理论的目的，就在于推翻压抑人的发展的私有制度，创造最无愧于和最适合于人的天性的社会制度，从而促进人的全面自由发展”。因此，反腐倡廉等制度体系的建立，应以人的本质对象化为前提，以人本为出发点，以发展为动力，以民生幸福为归宿。

Ethical Dimension of System:A Perspective of Anti-corruption System

The establishment of a system should not only show concern to the specific content, but it should also show concern to the ultimate value determined by the nature of system. A system helps to shape and regulate the nature of human bcings, whose survival and development counteract upon the mak- ing of the system itself. ＂Human development is based on human nature with system as the condition to realize his development. ＂ ＂The purpose of the Marxist theory of socialist revolution is to overthrow the oppressive private system, and create a social system that suits human nature and promotes the full and free development of human beings. ＂ Therefore, the establishment of an anti-corruption system should be preconditioned by the objectification of human nature and motivated by development. Moreover, it should take people as its starting point and ends with the happiness of people.
