| 摘 要： | 从公关学角度看,政府开展的一切内政和外交活动都可以看作是公关活动,学术界称之为政府公关,其间蕴含着深刻的哲理。从哲学的视角探析公共关系,不失为一种新颖的研究方法———公关哲学。新中国成立后,以哲学大师著称的毛泽东,把哲学方法运用于政府公关实践中,为公关学与哲学的完美结合树立了光辉的典范。
