论构建和谐社会与建设法治国家的内在适应性--四川构建和谐社会之法治问题的思考

构建和谐社会是巩固党的执政地位,提高党的执政能力的社会基础,具有丰富的科学内涵。和谐社会必须是法治社会,构建和谐社会与建设法治国家具有内在适应性。构建和谐四川必然坚持走法治之路,必须要求依法治国、建设现代法治国家的治国方略和治国理念相适应。只有这样才能实现四川经济社会的全面、健康、可持续发展,实现社会的公平正义和社会稳定,全面建设小康社会。

RESEARCH ON INHERENT ADAPTABILITY BETWEEN THE BUILDING OF HARMONIOUS SOCIETY AND THE BUILDING OF GOVERNING THE COUNTRY BY LAW

The building of harmonious society is the social basis of consolidating the status of the Communist Party as a party in power and raising its governing ability,and has rich scientific connotation.The building of harmonious society and the building of governing the country by law have inherent adaptability.A hermonious society must be a society governed by law,so the building of harmonious society necessarily demands that the national administration policy of ruling the country according to law should be suited to the thoughts of ruling the country by law.The harmonious society should also be governing society by law at the same time.In doing so,we'll be able to realize social equity and justice,stimulate social vigour and creation and promote social overall and harmonious development finally.
