| 摘 要： | 股权结构是影响企业经营绩效的制度性因素之一。本文分析了2001—2003年我国上市发电公司的股权结构特点,并对股权结构与发电企业经营绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究,最后提出了上市发电公司股权结构改进的建议。
