| 摘 要： | 前苏联地区农业的二元结构十分引人注目,近几年又出现了垂直一体化的超大型农业控股企业Agri-holdings。尽管这些超大型企业的产生可能源于现实生活中的市场失灵、缺乏管理人才以及利用税收优惠,但是,其垂直一体化的特征可能有助于这类企业在未来的竞争中占据有利地位,特别是当消费者对食品品质及其可追踪性的要求提高之后。

| Abstract: | The dual structure in FSU agriculture is significant and interesting with the emergence of agri-holdings recently. Although they might be a temporary solution to issues such as market failure, lack of managerial talents and tax preferences, the vertically integrated structure of agri-holdings may prove to be competitive in international food market with increasing consumer demand for quality and traceability. |
