龚自珍诗文简论

在我国历代作家中 ,龚自珍不仅成就突出、特色鲜明 ,而且处于历史转折关头 ,有开创时代风气的意义。但至今人们对他犹有误解 ,如仅仅认为他是个诗人 ;而其实他是诗词文皆精的全才作家 ,并博学睿识 ,在学术和思想上也颇有建树。

On Gong Zizhen's Poetry and Prose

Among the writers of China's various dynasties, Mr. Gong Zizhen not only made outstanding achievements with distinctive characteristics, but his works at the turning point of history possessed the significance of initiating new mood and atmosphere of his time. Up to now, however, the general public are still having misunderstanding about him, for example, most people only know that he was a poet. Actually he was an erudite and versatile writer, skillful in many forms of literature, such as poetry, ci (poetry with special structure), and prose. He has made great contribution to scholarship and thinking.
