| 摘 要： | 经考证认为,出现在《九章算术》注释中的"刘祖原理",在目前所见到的一些文献上的理解有误,其正确的理解应为"将旗帜一层加一层地重叠成立体时,如果(对应层)面积总保持相等,则(不同)立体体积必然相等"。

| Abstract: | After careful study,we believe that the interpretation of the"Liu-Zu Principle" as appeared in" The Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art"should differ from that appeared in some literatures.The right interpretation should be:as the flags(slices) are piled up to form a 3 dimensional object,as long as the surface area of each corresponding flag(slice) remains the same,the volume of the resulting object remains the same. |
