隐性教学主体抑制教师主体性的反思

摘    要:进行主体性教育,关键在于教师的主体性。在系统整体的教学活动中,显性教学主体(教师与学生)和隐性教学主体共同构成教学主体,且相互影响和制约。隐性教学主体主要包括教育行政管理者、教学理论工作者等,他们在其活动中存在抑制教师主体性的诸多问题。教师的主体性对学生主体性乃至教育教学都有重大影响,因此必须努力解决这些问题,以便充分发挥教师的主体性。

Abstract:The focus of subjectivity-education lies in teacher subjectivity.In the whole teaching activities,explicit teaching subject (including teachers and students) and implicit teaching subject,which includes education administrators,theorist of teaching,etc,whose activities usually restrict teacher subjectivity,form teaching subject and influence and restrict each other. But teacher subjectivity has great influence on student subjectivity and the whole teaching process. These problems must try to be solved so that the teacher subjectivity can be developed fully.
