| 摘 要： | 从全球化大背景下观照高校对高素质创造型人才的培养 ,认为信息时代一切的竞争 ,其核心是高素质创造型人才的竞争 ,因此必须把现代创造教育的最新成果用于人才的培养 ,均衡地开发学生大脑的两半球。努力培养学生的直觉观察力、丰富想象力和创造意识 ,并营造一个有利于创造力发挥的校园文化氛围 ,以加速高素质创造型人才的培养 ,迎接全球化对人才的挑战

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the subject of the cultivation of high quality talents with creativity on a global scale. The main points run as follows. The high quality talents play a key role in all competitions in the information era. We must apply the latest achievements of modern education to the cultivation of ralents, develop harmoniously two cerebral hemispheres of students, cultivate their abilities of intuition observation, imagination power and awareness of creation. Besides these an appropriate culture atmosphere must be constructed in campus, so that we can speed up the cultivation of talents, and meet the challenge on a global scale. |
