图书馆员继续教育之我见

图书馆员的继续教育是大势所趋 ,是知识时代的需要 ,是信息市场竞争的需要 ,也是个人生存与发展的需要。通过专题培训、岗前培训、在岗教育、参观学习和全民教育等多种方式 ,学习图书馆建设的新理论、新观点、新知识、新技能 ,以及相关的计算机知识、外语知识、WTO知识 ,全面提高图书馆员的思想素质、文化素质和服务技能 ,为图书馆事业的发展作出努力。

The further study of the library staff is a trend, the demand of the knowledge-Economic time , the dmand of the competition in information market and the necessity of individuals' development . The library staff can learn the new theories ,views ,technical abilities about library construction and some concerning computer technolongy , Foreign language and knowledge about WTO by special subject training , pre-work training , education in post , visiting and studying , national education and so on . In consequence , the library staff can improve their ideological quality , cultural quality, service abilibies , and contribute to the development of the library.
