党政管理人才胜任特征模型的实证研究

摘    要:采用问卷调查法对322名党政管理人才进行了问卷调查,通过因素分析得出党政管理人才胜任特征四因素模型,即党政管理人才胜任特征中品德要素水平较高,而身心要素、政治要素、能力要素水平相对较低,同时发现不同职级党政管理人才在胜任特征各因素水平上存在差异。
