| 摘 要： | 研究建设用地供给对经济增长的贡献,可以为政府相关部门合理制订建设用地供给的宏观调控政策提供决策依据.以上饶市为例,研究建设用地供给对经济增长的贡献,结果表明:建设用地供给弹性系数最高,其次为固定资产投资弹性系数,而劳动力投入弹性系数最小;建设用地成为资本之后的第二大生产要素,其对经济发展的贡献作用不可忽视;上饶市各县(市、区)建设用地供给对经济发展的贡献率区域差异很大 |

| Abstract: | In order to provide decision-making basis for macroeconomic regulation of construction land and controlling policy for relevant government departments,the contribution to economic growth of construction land supply in Shangrao city was studied.The results show that: The elasticity coefficient of the construction land supply is the highest,which is followed by fixed assets investment and labor input.Construction land has become the second largest production factor,whose contribution to economic growth can not be ignored.Contribution to economic growth of construction land supply varies from county to county. |
