社会资本、人力资本与新生代农民工社会融入的研究综述

随着城市化进程的推进、社会经济的发展,新生代农民工在城市建设中的作用越来越重要。然而,长期以来,新生代农民工在流入地的社会融入状况并不理想。学术界虽然对此做了大量研究,但至今未提出促进其社会融入的有效策略。通过对国内外研究的分析发现,社会资本、人力资本对新生代农民工的社会融入具有重要影响。将此作为研究综述的切入点,在结合新生代农民工群体特征的基础上,对国内外著名学者的理论与实证研究进行梳理,并做出进一步的评析,探索社会资本、人力资本与新生代农民工社会融入的关系。

Social Capital,Human Capital and Social Inclusion of Young Migrant Labors

Along with the advancement of urbanization and the development of social economy,young migrant workers are playing an increasingly important role in city construction.However,for a long time,their social inclusion is far from ideal.Although the academia have made substantial research,but no effective strategy on promoting the social inclusion has been proposed.A review of the research home and broad found that social capital and human capital have important influence on the young migrant workers’ social inclusion.Making it as the breakthrough point for the research review,based on the characteristics of young migrant workers,the paper combined the theory and empirical research of famous scholars home and abroad,made an in-depth evaluation and put forward some social policy suggestions to improve their social inclusion.
