| 摘 要： | 信息产业是引领西部经济起飞的"主导部门",而科技工业因是信息产业发展的空间载体,能为信息产业发展提供五大聚集优势.然而在我国科技工业园的发展中,西部科技工业园仍处于较低水平.因此,发展西部信息产业要求对科技工业园进行系统的制度创新,通过推行成果认定、建立创业资本市场等一系列政策来建设西部科技工业园区,推动西部信息产业发展.

| Abstract: | IT industry is the leading part in economy growth, and hi -tech parks can provide five dominant priorities in collecting and promoting IT industry. However, in the west of China, hi - tech parks are still in a state of under - development. In order to develop the IT industry in the west of China, it is highly recommended that a systematic institutional innovation of hi - tech parks should he established. This will require the government to innovate the policies to develop technology industrial zone, such as applying the policy of achievement recognition and building up venture capital markets, etc. |
