美国对中国蜂蜜的反倾销调查及其对策

回顾了 1993- 1995年我国应对美方对我蜂蜜反倾销调查及诉讼并赢得谈判解决的历史 ,分析了近 10年我国蜂蜜对美贸易情况 ,以及反倾销对我国外贸出口的影响。提出了以下应对措施 :( 1)稳定国内市场 ;( 2 )成立真正具有民间性、权威性的专业商会 ;( 3)建立具有现代企业制度的外贸出口企业 ;( 4 )真正实施“大经贸”战略 ;( 5)加强出口商品价格和出口秩序的协调管理 ;( 6)加强对应诉工作的重视和管理 ;( 7)加快反倾销专业人才的培养 ;( 8)应用好反倾销这把双刃剑。

The U.S. anti-dumping investigation against honey from China, and its countermeasures

The U.S. anti dumping investigation and lawsuit against honey from China and China's win in the negotiation to solve the issue from 1993 to 1995 are reviewed. meanwhile the situation of China's honey export to the U.S. during the recent decade and the impact of anti dumping on China's export are analysed. Based on those the countermeasures are proposed as follows. (1)To stabilize domestic markets. (2)To found really non governmental and authoritative specialized chamber of commerce. (3)To build foreign trade enterprises with modern enterprise system to be engaged in export. (4)To realize the strategy of general economy and trade. (5) To enforce coordination and management of the prices of export commodities and keep the export in order. (6) To pay attention to management of the work against prosecution. (7) To accelerate the training of anti dumping specialists. (8) To take advantage of the anti dumping as the sword with double edges.
